Nassiba BOURAOUI est titulaire d’un Doctorat en Sciences de Gestion de l’Université de Paris Dauphine. Ses travaux de recherche portent sur la comptabilité comparée et les IAS/IFRS. Ses recherches en cours s’intéressent à : l’étude de l’impact des IFRS sur la qualité de l’information comptable, la gestion de projet et les groupes stratégiques.
